2006 Cadillac DTS trunk won’t open

Hello, sounds like a trunk latch issue or a trunk lock actuator issue. This will require getting the trunk lid open manually as was done before, and testing being performed while the lid is open -- so that it may be repaired properly. The motor that releases the trunk is apparently not doing its job -- so it's a matter of finding out why. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
