A little confused by your statement, cranks but won't turn over. If you mean that the starter is making the crankshaft turn and has normal cranking speed, but does not fire up and run. Then you are missing one of the three essential things needed, fuel, air, or spark. Sounds like you have changed 3 of the essential sensors for the computer to regulate those three things. However sounds like you need to get someone with the proper equipment to check the basics. Is the fuel pump delivering enough fuel, is air able to get in or out of the engine, are the spark plugs firing. Is all this happening in the proper sequence or at all.
