Car isn't driven much

Hello, Synthetic oil is superior, and unless the manufacturer recommends against it, it can be used. People often say it causes leaks, but the molecular composition of synthetic oil allows it to remain much thinner when not compressed. This results in synthetic finding all of the leaks that conventional oil is too thick to flow through. The choice is yours, but if the vehicle is not driven often, you can prolong the life of oil by switching to synthetic or using an oil stabilizer that conforms to OEM specifications.
