Hello this seems like the blower motor is not working which is located under the dash board on the pass.side.You might check for a bad connection or loose wire before replacing the blower motor.I would not change the a/c control module until you check other components such as fuses,switches etc.HAVE A BLESS DAY from DR.RECO.

Usually located under dash either in the center or in the passenger side. Maybe that's why when you close passenger door it works. Maybe a loose connection?
