Yes! The stabilitrak system in your vehicle is designed to help you in the event of a panic situation. Wether it be braking, turning or possibly a sudden lane change. When weather, a hazard on the road or poor driver steering input causes the vehicle to loose it's proper attitude, the system takes over and bails you out. If you don't find yourself in one of those situations, then you don't need it. But it sure would be nice to have it if you did.
