My fan &air conditioning not working all of a sudden.

If the fan all of a sudden stopped (not blowing), you may be looking at a blower motor and/or resistor, it doesnt necessarily mean that the HVAC components have failed. A professional can test the components at any certified shop

if you want to try to test if you plowed motor has gone out go to your passengers side footwell and lightly kick below the dash. my blower motor went out in a long trip I took so every time I needed heat I stopped to kick
