Hello, This is a very lengthy process, and I don't recommend tackling it with just a few tips. Especially if you have never removed an instrument panel before, you will find that the service manual is indispensable. That aside, you may not have to remove the dash to gain access to the blend/mode door actuator, and reading through the owners manual will offer clarity as well.
