What is your question?
Initially my blower motor didn't work at all. I replaced my blower motor but then it was on 24/7 regardless of the car being on or off. Replaced the blower control processor and now the fan cuts in and out on full blast. Works fine on other fan speed settings. Any ideas?

blower motor, fan speed resister. It is made up of several coils that change the resistence to the blower motor and that causes the fan to run at different speeds. You may also just have a bad switch on the control head.
Blower motor resistor was replaced with no effect. The control head is electronic...no mechanical switches at all.
The control head has a fan speed button doesn't it? I figured you had climate control, and electronic head. If you already replaced the motor that didn't work at all, but now it does, that was one of your problems for sure. Then you replaced the blower control processor, and you said that corrected the 24/7 blower motor running problem. As you stated, the only problem you have now, is the high speed fan cuts on and off. It seems as though the only thing left is the contact on the fan control switch, or a bad connection on the high speed wire, going to the control head or processer. One of the most overlooked things in electrical repairs are the terminal connections at the plugs to the load. I think you are doing great job and about got this one whipped.
