A/C Intermittent

This would indicate a poor electrical connection in the A/C fan circuit, and as far as the most likely place, that's hard to know. I would duplicate the issue then start tugging, pulling and pushing on the A/C controller and all the wiring for the climate control and heater fan. Try smacking the blower motor, see if that makes it start up.
