Fluuid leaks from top of nut located on a brake line
2 Replies
It is most likely unsafe to drive and needs to be attended to immediately. It's impossible to give a quote without being able to inspect the brake line first hand to see the extent of the problem and which line in particular needs to be replace. It shouldn't be a very complex repair but needs to be professionally repaired.
With this type of issue (brake fluid leak), it is difficult to give a quote without seeing the problem, because not all brake line repairs are the same. Variables such as location, condition of the line(s), etc, have an effect on the time it will take to fix. I would recommend having the vehicle towed in and inspected. We wouldn't charge your to look at it, and it may give us a better idea of what needs to be done. Then we can give you a more detailed estimate for repairs. Feel free to give us a call at whichever of our locations is closest to you, and we'd be happy to help you out. www.victoryautoservice.com
