how much to fix AC (HVAC) air deliver mode door or actuator

I just did one on my 05 Deville.had 2 places tell me it was a big job..so I figured I'd try it myself.took out glove compartment and to my surprise the actuator is right there in left side..replaced part.took about 30 min total and it worked..they told me I have to take out the whole dash and a local dealer agreed so to those garages who said it would be a 2 day job..SCREW U I DID IT IN 30 MIN..saved 900 dollars
