car is wearing tires and keeps getting out of balance

40.00 to 60.00 dollars in my area. Plus cost of any parts and labor, if any are needed. You should get a printed read out, of before and after adjustments. If they can't provide that to you, go to another shop. Realize though your car can be knocked back out of alignment from things like rough roads, etc.
in our area, the east coast, it runs about 79. shows how prices vary area by area. Roy
