Have you reached out to service management at the shop to ask what's going on? I don't know what's going on for you, or even what's wrong with your car. But, I will say -- there are extraordinary challenges in various industries right now, including automotive maintenance and repairs. First, the supply chain is an issue. Parts are in short supply and take much longer to obtain. Perhaps that's a problem. Second - staffing. With illnesses that are unexpected as well as a depleted work force, it can be expected that time for repairs could take longer than expected. Add to that - you had 2 major holidays, Christmas and New Years, which allow for time off of employees. Perhaps that affected things too. Still - check with shop management.
