my rear passanger door has no power only the cig. ligher works i changed out the control mod. but cant use the window or power locks what can cause this

The control module will need functioning power, ground, and communication line to operate. The fuse in under the rear seat, RRDR MDL - 10A fuse. You are probably missing one of the three items necessary for the door module to function.
