Car will not turn over, what could be the problem?

Car was running fine, after I replaced the camshaft sensor. About two weeks after replacing the camshaft sensor I disconnected the battery for an electrical repair that I had a change of mind of doing. Without repairing or touching anything mechanically to the car, I reconnected the battery and the car will not turn over. The dash lights up but will not turn over. Thought it may be the security engaging, but when turning the key forward the security light comes on and goes off with normal operation. It's not reading any codes, do anyone have an idea of what it could be?
