Replaced headgaskett with 47,000 miles. New radiator, thermostat and still my 2000 Deville still overheats.

At first it was overheating when it was hot outside. Now it overheats when I drive it for more than 15 mins. I think I only hear one fan working and I believe the car has two fans.
