MY TRUNK WILL NOT OPEN, I'VE TRIED WITH THE KEY, BUTTON IN CAR, AND WITH REMOTE

This time of year (freezing temps) try to put the car in a warm garage, if it's just frozen this will help free it up, then it needs lubricated well. If not, a tech will need to check the latch.
