Air Conditioning continues to fail on driver's side - actuator replaced

Ongoing problem with air conditioning system. Blows cold on passenger side, warm on driver's side. Actuator replaced, freon added. system will work for few days after repair then go back to same problem. Freon blew out back of car twice after having been repaired.
