i dont haer nothing when i turn on the switch inside the car i checked all the fuses and they seem to be good i change the motor nothing out of fluid.

There are two type of wiper set ups on your car. The fuse may look OK but look for power at both sides of the fuses in rear trunk fuse box ACC fuse (10 Amp), under hood fuse box 30 Amp fuse marked Wipers if fuses are good the yellow wire at the wiper switch will have power, the wiper switch offers varying resistance to give different wiper speed. For motor and switch test procedures Autozone have some popular workshop manuals for free on line once you register (for free) on their website http://bit.ly/autozone_repair_info. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
