Im not getting power from crank sensors to PC and Ive switched sensors- N.STAR

CAR LIMPED IN MY GARAGE - A KNOCKING, WITH A HOLE IN EACH SIDE OF THE BLOCK!!!!!!! CHANGED OUT ENG- NOW I CANT GET IT TO START - HIT ANYTHING? HAS 50LBS OF FUEL PRESSURE WHEN KEYS IS CYCLED. GOES TO 0 WHILE CRANKING!! TOOK IT TO CADI DEALER-THEY SAID TO START CRANK SENSORS-I did & nothing!!Same sensors are in new eng as old- have changed ALL the sensors _Except Knock sensor.
