What is your question?
I am attempting to jump the car using a charger. When I connect the negative clamp to a non painted bolt on the car the horn starts honking. Will it stop after a few honks or is there another method I need to employ? The car sets for long periods of time with out being started. 130,000 ish miles on it. Last time I drove it, (a month of so ago) it drove fine. It has been below freezing in our area a bit and I guess I need to start it and let it run or drive it more often.

open the under hood relay box and pull out the "horn relay". A directory of which relay does what is usually stamped inside the box lid. After the engine starts, plug it back in before closing hood.
The battery probaly went all the way down, and the security system is trying to protect the car. Hook the battery up and stick the key in driver door and turn all the way to unlock position. Honking should stop. System is now disarmed.
Thanks techpaddle, Ill give it a go.
