Engine knocking after replacing starter

What is your question?

I replaced the starter and now when I start it it knocks for a bit maybe 5-10 min and then stops. It sounds internal I can’t seem to place. I’m unable to feel it anywhere either

Noises are difficult to discern here. Is it internal engine knocking? External rattling? Too hard to now from here. Too many possibilities.
