What should I do to correct These two codes p0151 and p0174 .

What is your question?

What should I try first?? Cleaning the Mass flow sensor?? I don't have any leaks or anything else causing these codes.My housing for air filter is not secured to the pegs that hold it in place however. Would this be a cause?? But I'm showing these two codes p0151 and p0174 and want to know what I should try first as a remedy. Thanks.
