no power to fule pump not even to the fuse

The 20 Amp fuel pump fuse is only live when the ignition switch the start or run position. it then supplies power to the fuel pump relay, and the powertrain control module then needs to see oil pressure from a signal received from the oil pressure switch on the engine it then sends power out to the fuel pump on the gray wire to the fuel pump. Try just temporarily supplying fused power to the fuel pump gray wire and see if the pump runs.

You'll need a wiring diagram to go much further with this diagnosis. You'll want to trace the wiring from the fuel pump back to the fuel pump relay and the powertrain control module (PCM) to see why you're not getting power. Also, check that you have spark to the engine, sometimes the PCM will not energize the fuel pump until it sees that the ignition system is working.
