Drivers side window completely stalled about half way up while being raised.

What is your question?

Window was raised by manually assisting by lifting on window when motor was on. Window has not been moved since it was raised. Obvious 2 clusters of parallel 2 inch inch Vertical scratches on inside of center of window about half way up indicate possible binding for a while but binding not previously noticed by owner.
