What is going on with the fuel gauge going from full to empty in 10 miles!!

What is your question?

I was driving my car and I just filled up the tank with gas. On my way home the gas very quickly went from full to empty. I checked all fuses and all are good. Check fuel sensors and they are good. Can anybody tell me what is going on!! THANKS!!
