My dash lights keep go haywire when I take my car out of park

I have a 1996 Cadillac DeVille I had a brand new Pioneer stereo put in along with a new car alarm now every time I start my car and put it in Drive my dash lights start going haywire the RPMs go up and down without the car moving from parking to frist gear is all lit up to where I don't know where I'm shifting without Counting how many times I shift at the bottom it reads theft system problem car may not start again the car never cuts off on me and starts up every time I turn it on the only way I can get the dash lights to go back to normal as by turning on the headlights. I have took in my car back to the place where I have the alarm in the radio installed and they can't figure out what the problem is. I've watched YouTube videos how to reprogram the dash but I don't know what codes to put in so I really don't want to mess with that please help
