Message when key is inserted> "Remove Key" "starting disabled"

Hello, Was the key in the ignition when you saw the "remove key" message? This is a security feature, and you may have better luck with another key. However, if the key was not in the ignition, the ignition switch may be faulty. Let me know, and I'll see what we can figure out.
