Where is the Crank Position Sencer on a 1995 Cadillac Deville with a 4.9 engine

Car has shut down on me when coming to a stop, It has a miss, and at times runs a little ruff. Has all the power when needed. It went from 14 mile to the gallon, to 5 miles to the gallon. Fuel filter replace, and fuel pressure reads at 45psi. Was told my crank sensor was bad. I was also told the oil tubes from block to heads were plugged, ? I see plenty of photos of other year cars, but the 4.9 lt seems to not have any diagrams and I have looked in the areas I could see with a bright light, and found no sensor. Any help? Thank You
