Where is the Blend Door Actuator 95 caddy deville...No heat or Air from vents.

What is your question?

After troubleshooting i finally got the A/C compressor to come on..but it would not stay on. The Air was cold coming out of the Defrost vents then i blew a fuse twice, then it got hot coming out of the vents. I need help finding the Actuator.
