Vibration on passenger front wheel

You may have an drive axle vibration. Also make SURE the tire and wheels are balanced correctly and there are not bent rims or damaged tires. Are you sure it is on the passenger side?

You need a high speed wheel balance. One of the counter-wights must have fallen off the affected wheel. It's no big deal,any tire store does it, it costs around $20.00 or less
