Do I have to pull the motor on my 1995 DeVille to replace oil pan gasket

Some techs have figured sneaky ways of just doing the lower oil pan by removing the cross section of the exhaust, motor mounts and jacking the engine up very high. Many drop the entire engine with cradle because its actually the case half that's leaking. This is what the lower oil pan bolts to and it leaks very often on these northstars. You definitely need to take out the engine for a case half reseal. Alex
