138k no warning lights on . car wont move untill warmed up . tranny shifts smooth. hesitates from dead stop i ease into throtle to keep from banging it had fluid changed 1 month ago seemed to help a bit but now steadily getting worse with the cold weather. weak pump ? thanks

It sounds like your transmission suffers what has been refered to a "morning sickness". This is usually caused be a damaged rubber seal. The transmission cannot build the proper pressure untill the damaged seal expands a bit as it warms up. In your case it looks as if the damaged seal is releated to 1st gear. I am sorry to say it may be time for a transmission overhaul.
