I have turn signal isues with this caddy, they'll work on and off, here and there! Changed the blinker relay, the fuses connector, turn signal switch in the column, checked all the bulbs and sockets, and still works sometimes but all the time, any ideas?

It seems I have checked everything out and changed the important components to the turn signal system, the hazard switch is working great so I work think that all the bulbs, sockets, and wires are fine,
