Vehicle has new battery but wouldn't start this morning as if not getting fuel or coil wire not connected.

You will need to start with basics like fuel and spark. You can rent a spark tester and fuel pressure tester at most auto parts stores. This will point you in the right direction and if you need to find a shop here is a link for some in your area. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
