1993 deville 4.9L . cleaned EGR tubes and TB

p0145 is oxygen sensor fault bank 1 sensor 3. p2507 ECM/Pcm power input signal low. Fix the first one by replacing the oxygen sensor at bank 1 sensor 3. Second is low voltage issue coming into the unit need to find out where the power loss is.
