Hello, Cleaning the throttle body may help, but more importantly, cleaning the idle speed control motor can resolve the issue. Many times cleaning will not resolve the issue and the idle speed control motor must be replaced. This is not to say purchasing one will fix the problem, but that testing should me completed to ensure a diagnosis. It could even be related to the EGR valve or a vacuum leak. Start by testing the idle speed control circuit.
