What is your question?

My car caught fire and I replaced the harness, complete fuel rail, distributor and wires. But it won't start. I'm getting a loud clicking sound when I turn the key, I took the starter off and had it tested-it tested good. Someone told me to remove a couple of the spark plugs because there might be gas in the cylinders. Still won't start. What did I miss?
