What is your question?
I own a 2014 Cadillac CTS Coupe and I have canceled my Sirius subscription twice and every time I do I loose the ability to get AM and FM signal. I do know it’s not a malfunction in my system. I even tried to use the 3.5 jack to stream from my phone but after about 2 minutes the radio rejects the streaming. I do know and found out that OnStar and Siriusxm will only let you receive or make calls only for the Bluetooth and will not let you stream from your phone. I can't get any channels until you get close to a station then nothing. Drove 60 miles Saturday without hitting a signal until I backed into the basement and then every station you could ask for. It’s like Sirius is blocking the radio station’s signals so you have to subscribe to them. I guess I will have to do like the other GM owners are doing and replace the whole system to be able to stream from one phone instead of paying to listen to your radio. Maybe everyone should get together and hire a lawyer to ask GM and Sirius XM.
What makes this problem better or worse?
If you’re driving it will pick up only a strong signal for a few minutes but if I’m in the basement it will pick up every signal around like it should
How long has your 2014 Cadillac CTS had this problem?
It only happens when I cancel my Sirius XM subscription
