Will a Cadillac 3.6 Twin turbo from an ATS V fit in a CTS coupe?

I have a Cadillac CTS Coupe with the 3.6 V-6 and was wondering if it is feasible to replace the engine with the 464 Hp Twin Turbo 3.6 engine, without going through major modifications.
