oil dipstick is stuck and won't pull out. will twist a little but will not pull out. need to get oil changed. went to kwik lube and walmart and neither will change oil due to not being able to pull dipstick out to check current level

Try spraying a penetrating oil like pb blaster. Sometimes the dipstick can get stuck due to corrosion or an inflated seal. Use the penetrating oil and gently twist and pull to remove. Don't force it, this may take some time. Alex
