WHEN I PUT THE KEY IN THE IGNITION AND TURN IT NOTHING HAPPEN I HAVE NO POWER NOT EVEN THE POWER LOCKS OR DOME LIGHTS COME ON I CAN TURN ON THE HEAD LIGHTS BUT THATS IT THE BATTERY IF FULLY CHARGED CAN SOMEONE HELP

You have a power loss that could be caused by so many things, such as your ignition switch, a fuse panel, a body control computer, anti-theft etc. Best way to figure this out is have a good automotive electrical technician inspect this problem. http://repairpal.com/cadillac-repair-in-essex-maryland
