have anybody had a problem with a leaking gas tank my car mileage

What is your question?

just turned 100.000 and fuel is leaking from the right top area of the tank I've had a lot of cars in the past and I can't recall ever having a problem from a leaking gas tank and plastic.

There are several items on top and inside your fuel tank that have to do with your emission evaporative system. You may have a leak in a valve or a hose.
