07 CTS park lights wont turn off,also huge puddle of water on drivers side floor

07 Cadillac CTS rear wheel drive 3.6l, 1-Park lights will not turn off at all? 2- Huge puddle of water on driver's side floorboard after a heavy rain, we have also recently cleaned sunroof drain tubes rear and front.Any suggestions for either question or both would be greatly appreciated.
