my 2005 cts won't start the car just clicks when you try to start it

The clicking noise is caused by a voltage supply that is sufficient to engage the starter motor but not enough to turn the starter armature. As a result, the vehicle does not start. Since you are also experiencing low or not power to other accessories, I would suspect a discharged or perhaps a faulty battery.
