Noise is constant while driving turn slightly left it stops sounds like it's coming from front passenger side suspension

Hello, this could be evidence of a wheel bearing that is worn. When you turn the wheel, you take some load off of that right side bearing, so the noise would likely be reduced until the load is evened out again. If you turn to the right, does it stay noisy or get worse at all? Naturally it could be caused by other things, such as brake component contact, axle shaft noise, axle shaft bearing noise, transmission noise and so on, but based on your symptom I would first direct my attention to the wheel bearing.
