Will the security lock keep the engine from starting, none of the doors, windows

2 of the codes are O2 sensor faults. I do not know what the H025 is. I do not think its a security system issue. Is it a crank over no start or is it not crank over at all?

First of all, it's H02S not H025. That's an oxygen sensor TC. H02S Circuit Low Variance Bank 2 Sensor 1 If the other two codes on it are for O2 sensors as well, that means all three are, and you're going to need a professional honest mechanic to get a little deeper into your car and figure out the underlying problem.
