where is the windshield washer located

thanks for the quick response Dave. I found it. its fine. It s the washer pump I had washer fluid in it that I thought might be frozen because it wouldn't pump.the fluid in it was in the trunk and was a nd froze solid.I let it set for an hour.works fine. thank you
