right rear window not functioning

Power windows are somewhat difficult to deal with. The window regulators have components under tension and sharp areas a person can get hurt on. The door sheet metal itself can be hard to access and sharp. I would recommend a window repair be left to "the pros" - an aftermarket or dealer technician.
