Hello, Yes, you should have a light that comes on indicating low fuel. Look in the owners manual under the section about warning lights and instrument cluster.
here is a free owners manual download, see page 2-98. copy and paste the link below.. also a good rule of thumb is to not let it get that low on fuel. when it gets to 1/4 tank left,re-fuel it. fuel is what keeps the pump cool and running efficient and must be submerged in fuel at all times or the pump will work harder, getting hot and will burn the pump motor up sooner than later, and it's $1000.00 or more to get it replaced. https://justgivemethedamnmanual.com/cadillac/2003-cadillac-cts-owners-manual/
my car horn isn't very loud sounds like its not getting enough pqwer. Ijust noticed it recently
your car has 2 horns, one is a High Tone Horn and one is a Low Tone Horn. more than likely the High Tone Horn has failed, although get someone to check it for you to make sure that is the problem. ebay has plenty, used and new oem horns, copy and paste the link below, good prices. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=2003+Cadillac+CTS+horn&_sacat=0
